What changed
Patterns the tracker found for the periods and filters you picked.
Brand scorecard
Month-on-month change by brand
Each cell compares a period with the one before it. Green is better and red is worse. For position, the number is how many places the brand moved up.

Refresh and push
- Work the "Push into top 3" list first: add internal links from related blogs and the brand hub, deepen the content, and earn a few external links.
- For "Refresh content", compare the lost queries in Search Console before and after the drop, then update facts, prices, dates and headings.
- Where two URLs compete for one query, merge them or give each a distinct intent.
Win the direct answer
- Open with a 40–60 word answer to the main question, then the detail. Phrase headings as the questions people ask.
- Add FAQPage schema, and HowTo schema for care guides.
- Build a FAQ hub per brand from Search Console question queries.
Get cited by AI assistants
- Make facts easy to quote: price ranges, treatment time, cities and clinics, and doctor credentials, in short sentences or tables.
- Show a medical reviewer, a last-reviewed date and sources on every health page.
- Publish honest comparison pages, and keep brand facts consistent across the site, Google Business Profile, LinkedIn and press.
- Track AI referrals in GA4 (chatgpt.com, perplexity.ai, gemini.google.com, copilot).
Show up in AI Overviews
- AI Overviews mostly cite pages already on page one, so rankings come first.
- Use tables, numbered steps and short definitions, and MedicalWebPage, MedicalProcedure, Physician and Dentist schema where it fits.
- High impressions with a falling CTR often means an Overview now answers the query. Add the next step it can't give, such as booking or a cost estimate.
URLs grouped by subject, by search intent and by city, so you can see which themes are growing and where the content gaps are. Click a row to see its pages.
Internal link planner
Pick a page you want to rank. The planner suggests pages on the same subject that already get clicks and should link to it, with anchor text to use. It works from the performance data alone. Load a crawl export below to also see existing links.
Pages that need links most
Pages close to the top 3, or money pages losing clicks, where more internal and external links should move the needle. Columns for existing links fill in once you load link data.
Load link data
Accepts a Screaming Frog "All inlinks" export, Search Console's Links report exports (internal or top linked pages), or a backlink export from Ahrefs or Semrush.
Link opportunities to pursue
- Expert quotes: doctor-bylined answers for Indian health and lifestyle journalists on request platforms.
- Local citations: consistent Google Business Profile, Practo and Justdial listings, each linking to its clinic page.
- Original data: treatment-time or smile-concern stats by city that journalists and AI assistants can cite.
- Partnerships: dental colleges, corporate wellness programmes, student communities and dermatology associations.
- Unlinked mentions: articles that name your brand without a link. Ask for one.
- Community answers: Reddit and Quora threads where people compare options in your category, answered openly as the brand.

Tools for being the answer, not just a blue link: spot pages losing clicks to AI Overviews, score pages for answer-readiness, track whether AI assistants cite you, and have Claude draft answer blocks, FAQs, schema and briefs.

Ask Claude
In the Claude version of this tracker, Claude drafts from the URL, its numbers and related pages. Paste the page's current text for a sharper result. Check drafts before publishing, especially medical claims and prices.
Ask each assistant your key questions once a month and record whether it cites you. Click a cell to cycle its status. Saved in this browser only.
Score a page against the checks that help it get quoted in answer boxes, AI Overviews and assistants. Scores are saved in this browser only.
See what's growing, what's slipping, and what to fix next in organic search
Load a Google Search Console and GA4 organic export to compare any two periods by URL, topic and city. The tracker finds decaying pages and CTR drops from AI Overviews, plans internal links, and keeps an AI-citation tracker for ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overviews. Files are read in your browser and never uploaded.
Aug 2026brand, page_type, page_url, then impressions, clicks, traffic or sessions, leads and avg position for each perioddate, page_url, then the metric columns (brand and page_type optional). Daily files unlock week-by-week and custom date-range comparisons.Pull daily clicks, impressions and position from Search Console and organic sessions and key events from GA4, straight into the tracker. Data goes from Google to your browser only, with read-only access.
One-time setup: Google OAuth client ID
- In Google Cloud Console, create or pick a project.
- Under APIs & Services, enable Google Search Console API, Google Analytics Data API and Google Analytics Admin API.
- Set up the OAuth consent screen as External, and add the Google accounts that will use the tracker as test users.
- Create credentials → OAuth client ID → Web application. Under Authorized JavaScript origins add
. - Copy the client ID (ends in
.apps.googleusercontent.com) and paste it below.
Load a new export
Load a GSC × GA4 organic export, comma- or tab-separated, in any encoding. The tracker reads every period in the file, and the file stays in your browser.
Export
Other ways to keep the data fresh
The tracker runs on uploaded exports. For a steady feed, export both to BigQuery and build this layout with a scheduled query.
- In Search Console, go to Settings, then Bulk data export, and export your property to a BigQuery project.
- In GA4, go to Admin, then BigQuery links, and link the same project. Daily export is enough, and streaming gives near-real-time sessions.
- Schedule a BigQuery query that outputs this tracker's layout (periods across, one row per URL), save the result as CSV and load it here.
Search Console data always arrives about two to three days late, whichever way it is connected.
